3 DAYS OF LIFE AS HO

Alhamdulillah, at least sempat jugak saya melawat blog saya ni.Huhuuu
Lama x connect internet. Sejak mula kerja ni, sangat2 la busy. i'm currently attached in O & G department. Quite tough and very busy ward. I have to go to ward before 7am and back home arpund 10pm..Huuhu..very long hours... We as a new HO in that department have to do tagging for about 2 weeks plus with a viva assessment at the end of tagging week.

Although I'm still new (3 days) in that department (i mean as a HO), i had assist about 3 caeserean section. All are emergency caeserean section. Due to shortage of HO, my friends (Fitri and Arinna) and me have to work very hard to meet up the demand of increased number of patients in labour room.

H1N1 pandemic had given very distariuos impact to our department as pregnant ladies whose contact with H1N1 are more likely to have severe complication compared to normal healthy people. Means that pregnant ladies as well as paed pt are more likely to have severe disease if they were infected by H1N1 virus. There are plenty numbers of cases of pregnant ladies with URTI that we must managed deligently.

At the same time, all hospital staff also have to wear surgical mask at all time. Aiyo..it make me feel like suffocated lo.. Only take off the mask during meal time and praying time.

Sometimes I was thinking that when will this H1NI pandemic will be ended?

Have to report myself to JKN tomorrow morning.

Mean gonna start working soon. Cant believe that i will start working so soon. very anxious whenever thinking about housemanship.
Somemore, there's no hostel provided for the new HO in MH.huhu..so we have to look for rental house by ourselves.huhu.. got some news that to rent a house in M... is so expensive. It costs about ~RM1000+++.

Oh ALLAH, please ease and help me..Huhu
